Our mission is to honor the memory of Chris Jackson, a brilliant and witty man who valued education and cared deeply about his family and friends. Chris faced financial struggles while pursuing his own degree, but his perseverance led to a successful career in technology. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2020. To honor his legacy, this scholarship fund was established with Bold.org in November 2020, and has since raised $15,000 in scholarships for students pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Our goal is to empower the next generation of tech leaders and help alleviate the burden of student debt.
